In this video, I’m sharing what I keep in our freezer that allows me to cook our every meal from scratch. We buy the majority of our meat from local farms, which means I buy in bulk and store it in the freezer. We also live far from “town” so a well-stocked freezer is necessary if I want to prepare nutrient dense meals for my family. The recipes and items I mention in the video are all linked below.
