  • ¾ cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Sauce

  • cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350℉
  • Place meatloaf mixture ingredients in a large bowl. Use your clean hands and mix everything together until all the ingredients are well incorporated and there are no lumps.
½ Onion, finely diced, ¾ cup Breadcrumbs, 1 Egg, 1 tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Black Pepper, 3 tbsp Tomato Paste, 1 lb Ground Beef, 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • Shape the meatloaf in a "log" and place in a loaf pan. Set aside.
  • In another container (I use a measuring cup), stir together the sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce over the meatloaf in the loaf pan.
⅓ cup Milk, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 2 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce, Pinch of Salt
  • Carefully place meatloaf in preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour. Remove and enjoy with your favorite sides. We love mashed potatoes or mac and cheese.
