- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Sauce
- ⅓ cup Milk

- 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 2 tbsp Honey

Preheat oven to 350℉
Place meatloaf mixture ingredients in a large bowl. Use your clean hands and mix everything together until all the ingredients are well incorporated and there are no lumps.
½ Onion, finely diced, ¾ cup Breadcrumbs, 1 Egg, 1 tsp Salt, ¼ tsp Black Pepper, 3 tbsp Tomato Paste, 1 lb Ground Beef, 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
Shape the meatloaf in a "log" and place in a loaf pan. Set aside.
In another container (I use a measuring cup), stir together the sauce ingredients. Pour the sauce over the meatloaf in the loaf pan.
⅓ cup Milk, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar, 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 2 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce, Pinch of Salt
Carefully place meatloaf in preheated oven. Bake for 1 hour. Remove and enjoy with your favorite sides. We love mashed potatoes or mac and cheese.
